This cold storage project of Mega Warehouse is sponsored by Meito Vietnam and Toda Industries with the total investment capital of USD 14 millions.
The total construction land of the project is 26,089 m2, including a cold storage and a functional complex. The construction consists of 2 phases:
- Phase I: 13,543.330 m2
- Phase II: 4,326.888 m2
Located in a strategic position with an advantage of conveniences of transportation near Saigon gateway, Mega Warehouse cold storage plays an important role in the master business plan for expansion of Toda Industries and Meito Vietnam.
Mega Warehouse was commenced on February 8th, 2017 at lot G, road 6, Song Than II Industrial Park, Di An district, Binh Duong province and is expected to finish construction in October, 2017.
