[Binh Duong] Toda Industries Corporation And Molution Signed A Distributor Agreement For Ashita Wood Products

On October 6, 2018, a signing ceremony for Ashita Wood Distributor Agreement was taken place at Ashita Wood factory – Toda Plastics Co., Ltd, no. 18A, street 24, VSIP II-A, Vinh Tan commune, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province between Toda Industries Corporation and Molution Co., Ltd (Molution).
Attending the ceremony were Senior Leaders and staffs of both companies. In addition, it was our great honor to have Mr. Stephen Dellaportas – Chairman of Global Outlets Group (GOG), which is a global supply chain manager of US with on-stop smart supply chain solutions for the world’s leading consumers goods retail brands at the signing ceremony.
This ceremony marks an important milestone in the cooperative relationship between Toda Industries Corporation and Molution. According to that, Molution has officially become one of the distributors of Toda Industries Corporation for Ashita Wood products in the markets from Hue to the Southern provinces of Vietnam. It’s also considered to be a great achievement of two companies after discussions and negotiations based on the spirit of cooperativeness and bilingual development.
Being a manufacturer, designer, installation and maintenance service provider of Ashita Wood products, Toda Industries Corporation strongly believes that Molution, with its years of experience and the business abilities as one of Vietnam’s market leaders in the building and constructions industries, together with our great reputation, will be key competences for Ashita Wood to dominate the market.
